Just how good do this band want to be? Not content with looking way cool (think 3 x the Fonz meets Danny and a leggy blonde) their musical talent more than substantiates the swagger of delivery. Fiering through, ‘All We Wanna Do’ evokes images of midnight trips along the seafront on the back of motorbike, a rampage through the senses, whilst Midnight Wave is a gritty haze of punky adrenalin. Although often discussed in the same breath as The Drums and surf pop sixties style that continues to make waves, Two Wounded birds are  more brooding and intense with some strangely twinkling overtones – a sunny disposition under heavy eyebrows.  West Coast inspired ambling riffs juxtaposed alongside hometown Margate inspired dejected lyricism through a gauze of washed out production ‘All We Wanna Do’ is just brilliant.
