The buzz around it makes it seem like a revolutionary new concept. Based on ancient Eastern meditation practices, mindfulness simply refers to the ageless idea of <a href="http://www.harleytherapy.co.uk/counselling/present-moment-secret-better-mood.htm" target="_blank" rel="noopener">being fully aware of the now moment </a>instead of fretting about the past or the future.<br />
