The song itself is glistening, assertive, fuzzed out and catchy as hell, a reckless and bounding glazey melody that is both gritty and great. The band will be touring throughout November.

With their disjointed and slightly distorted sound Julie Eisenstein (guitar, vocals) and Suse Bear (bass, vocals) reveal themselves to be competent creators of delicately confrontational music that barrels along with a DIY vibe but never feels shambolic. Stretches of fluid melody and lazy vocal strains over twitchy guitar strums and audible fret work nod to the C86 style, but there’s a sense of responsibility for creativity also to be found within. Soft gusto and twinkling lines of electric guitar on the less prettily named Cum counterpoint the frantic riffing and punky attitude of first single Slammer, whilst That’s Right rollocks along with a positive sense of urgency. A blissed out and infectious set of harmonies from a band bristling with talent.
