My approach
I am friendly, approachable, and easy to work with. I’m not dry or corporate, although can adopt that tone if needed. I think being nice is important, and strive to be so.
My cost
I don’t have package rates or flat fees, as we believe every business and project is different, and so the approach and time commitment will be too. I’m not the most expensive, I’m not the cheapest. I think I charge a good rate that is fair and reflects my experience and expertise.
My hours
I don’t keep entirely regular office hours. That’s the joy of flexible freelancing. Please don’t call me on a Sunday morning though. That’s not cool. I am super efficient and many clients are amazed at how much I get done. But I do it properly and thoroughly. I can’t work miracles though, so be realistic. I will work the hours necessary to get the job done by the deadline, as long as that deadline is reasonable and agreed up front.
Where I work
I’m based in a trendy part of London. But I work with clients from all over the world. I can do pretty much anything from my home office, thanks to the wonders of the internet.
My niche
Some people say you need a niche. I don’t. I work on everything from charities to culture, tech to business, health to lifestyle. I write reports, websites, content, social media, and press releases. I run high profile national marketing campaigns, and work with small businesses starting out. I develop strategic frameworks, and get stuck in and implement them. All this means that you get a creative and bright brain who learn from the best and applies it to each and every client.
The right fit
If it doesn’t work out with me, I know lots of other people who might have a specific focus in your niche, are available at the time that suits you, are more junior, or cheaper. Just let me know and I can refer you.
