No shoegaze or surfpop here, just blistering, punchy, stripped back rock. Like their name, Bombers arrive with no hint of reserve. Obtuse, obstructive, Forecast sizzles from the very first spoken words to its punchy and forboding and sinister, stainless steel riffs, whirling melody lines and jolting drumming, perfectly reflected in the frenetic twitching and broad panning of the video. With multiple and experimental dimensions that are perhaps surprising given its forceful and fierce nature the band The Way You Think You Look is not only a clever comment but a grand and gritty jolt of rock. Brilliant.
