Pyschy spinning grooves erupt into a sparkling cacophony of rhythmic and rolling melodies on this new single Skeleton Girl from East London band Dressmaker. A unique blend of trippy punk hazey shoegaze the band are garnering attention as a unique and atmospheric live spectacle as well as a soundtrack to long languid winter evenings, their rainbow puddled rhythms enveloped in alluring darkness. Slightly sinister, slightly sexy, (the main refrain ‘the gap between her thighs plants a lustful fear in her lovers eyes’) it is a ruthless and rampant trip of a tune. Having only formed earlier this year, expect big things from Dressmaker.
