The river has long stirred people to be creative, and in this workshop you will be guided along London’s main waterway, whilst using creative writing techniques and prompts to capture responses through words.On the walk along the river you will be supported to spot scenes, be inspired and hone your eye, before putting pen to paper to write stories, snippets and musings. The aim is to capture the atmosphere, character and appeal of the Thames and all who live and work along it. These workshops are not about finding perfection, but exploring and expressing your view of the river in words. Please bring a note pad, pen and weatherproof jacket and footwear.
